Meet the owner
My name is Shelly Thompson
My journey to live and find better started when my dad passed away over 15 years ago from cancer and they couldn't explain why! This had me doing some extensive research.
Most (if not all) bathing products contain so many chemicals that cause cancer, Alzheimer's, skin disorders, breathing issues and more...
I didn't like the fact that most bath bombs and self care items contain so many cancer causing ingredients, and we're literally soaking in it.

And, as a mom of three amazing kids and five beautiful grandkids, I wanted to create products that are safe and fun for my whole family.
I also, understand the importance of finding a moment to relax and rejuvenate. That's why I created Spoil Yourself - to bring you products that you can feel good about using and that will help bring out the kid in you and find that moment for yourself.

This journey started by simply creating handmade, better & healthier things for my family, friends and neighbors and now.....
