Agreement between Parent/Legal Guardian/ Child and Spoil Yourself LLC
Welcome to Spoil Yourself Bath Bomb Explosion Program. The program was designed to be fun, promote creativity, confidence and feelings of success. It was also designed to help parents feel a little less stress and disappointment in themselves while teaching our children responsibility. Your use of the Bath Bomb Explosion Program constitutes your agreement to this disclaimer. Please read it carefully, and keep a copy for your reference.
Bath Bomb Explosion Program
User and child understand and agree to the following terms, conditions and disclaimer
Child must be enrolled in an extra curricular activity, school, daycare, ect. to participate in the program and have funds donated to that specific company.
Due to tax purposes, Spoil Yourself LLC must donate specified amount directly to the extra curricular activity company, school, daycare, ect. User understands and agrees to providing the following. All contact information for extra curricular activity such as, Name of business, name of contact personnel, address and phone number. Without this information, no amount is able to be donated and such donations will be forfeited. If information is provided at a later date, donations will start at the time information for company is provided.
10% of sale item is donated to extra curricular activity. Example- Created item is $8.00, then, 80 cents will be donated per each item sold. 10% of sales of the child's specified creation will be donated to specified extra curricular activity and not before the amount reaches $50.00. Once donation amount reaches $50.00 it will be donated to specified extra curricular activity company.
If child is not enrolled in an extra curricular activity, user and child both understand that the creators item is subject to not being created and if it is created, user understands that no amount of sales can be donated due to no curricular activity to donate funds to. If the extra curricular activity is seasonal or coming to an end, the amount will be "banked" until the following year or user is able to contact Spoil Yourself LLC to change or update any extra curricular activity contact information.
"Banked" - Amount will be held until, the next season, school year ect... and extra curricular activity is restarted for the following year.
Advertisement: Spoil Yourself will advertise child's creation on social sites and events. It is up to the user and child to advertise their creation as this promotes, responsibility, entrepreneurial skills, sales skills and self esteem. It is solely the user/child's responsibility to advertise their creation and Spoil Yourself is not responsible for the creation not making profits to be able to donate.
Creation belongs to and is owned by Spoil Yourself LLC. Upon written request, parent/legal guardian can request to have the childs specific creation. Spoil Yourself will at that time, sign over only the name of the creation and at that point will remove item from the website and will no longer advertise, market or sale specified item. Parent/Legal guardian or child is not entitled to the recipe used to make the creation.
Spoil Yourself LLC is not responsible or liable for marketing or advertising of specified creation. Spoil Yourself LLC highly encourages user, child and friends and family to promote created item. The more promoting the higher the donation.
Termination/Discontinue of Creation
Spoil Yourself reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or discontinue any creation. If for any reason, the created item is not selling, Spoil Yourself LLC is authorized to discontinue the item.
Bath Bomb Explosion Program is for participants 17 and under ONLY.

Creation forms:
Creation form is to be filled out and signed by a parent/guardian and signature acknowledges that parent/guardian has read and is aware of programs terms, conditions and disclaimer and understands that signature relieves Spoil Yourself LLC of any legal liability.
Revision of creation- Revision 1 is the creation form. If child wants to change anything on their item, they will have 1 revision available to do so. At that 2nd revision- item can not be changed.
Creations include "Bakery Bath Bombs, Shape bath bombs and Roller blends, colors and scents available on the creation form and is subject to change at any time.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Spoil Yourself as a result of this agreement or use of the program. Spoil Yourself's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Spoil Yourself's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the program or information provided to or gathered by Spoil Yourself with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Changes to Terms
Spoil Yourself reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms in this disclaimer at any time. The most current version of the Disclaimer will supersede all previous versions.
Spoil Yourself encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
